Residents2005-2008 Joseph DeLapa, MD2006-2009 Stephen Spanos, MD2008-2011 Mara Grossman, MDI advise one to two residents per year. If the resident is having trouble in any one area, we develop an action plan to address this. For example, my current resident had difficulty with written ABA examinations. We did a weekly review of key words that were missed on the previous year’s exam in preparation for the current exam.
